Defense strategies of the vivisection industry - based on the example of the Max-Planck-Institute undercover investigation
Friedrich Mülln

After big exposures and the following campaigns, the vivisection industry is responding with a whole range of tactics. From legal actions to smear campaigns and propaganda. This workshop shows the reactions of animal testing facilities and their lobbies on the undercover investigations at Covance in Münster and the Max Planck Institute in Tübingen. What are our possibilities to succeed against this tactics and how did the strategies of the vivisection industry change in the last decade? Friedrich Mülln will try to answer these questions. He did and organized undercover investigations in animal testing laboratories and was and is involved in campaigns based on the exposures.
